The purchasing
and delivery of the materials
This is the list of the materials necessary to build up the two specimens:
-
10 plasterboards (1200 x 3600 x 13 mm);
-
8 U-guides for floor and ceiling (55 x 3000 mm);
-
20 metal C-studs (55 x 3600 mm);
-
1 screw box;
-
4 plaster sacks (5 kg each);
-
20 glass wool panels (600 x 1400 x 50 mm, r=20 kg/m3);
-
10 acrylic sealant tubes;
-
2 tapes for sealing the plasterboards.
All these items came from the same stock of production, and were manufactured
and assembled in the fabric of BPB Italia near Casola Valsenio (RA), Italy.
The materials were delivered in a box which ensured good preservation
of the content, both from the water and from the mechanical vibrations.
An international expedition agency was responsible for the delivery
of the boxes; for a total of 24 boxes to be delivered in 9 european countries,
only one box had some damage and another one was lost during the delivery
(both were substituted by other boxes sent a few time later).
