Reductions for Society Members
- A discount of 10% (€ 42 for early registration) is granted to IUPAC Members, Affiliate Members, and Fellows
- A discount of €15 is applied for EPA Members. Please indicate such membership on the registration form. Delegates who register as EPA Members will be checked against a current members’ list.
Registration Fee includes:
Participants: Congress Bag, Access to all Scientific and Poster Sessions, Congress Programme, Book of abstracts, Welcome Reception, Coffee breaks.
Accompanying persons: Welcome Reception.
Social program:
Tickets for Social Program (Conference Dinner and/or excursion to the Brenta river Villas) have to be booked when filling the Registration Form
Additional excursions for accompanying persons will be arranged with representatives of the Link Tours agency at the Conference Venue.
Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registrations. No registrations will be confirmed until full payment is received. Payments can be settled by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat: xxiii.iupac.photochem@unife.it.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until May 31, 2010, before which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of € 50. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after this date.
