Terms of Payment for Sponsorship
For Exhibitors (including Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors) and Advertisers a deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship fee due will be invoiced once the attached signed ’Exhibitors and Sponsors Contract’ has been received. The second payment of 50% of the total sponsorship fee will be invoiced 3 months before the Meeting. Note that all prices are including VAT.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. A cancellation charge of 50% of total sponsorship fees will apply to cancellations received between 6- and 3- months prior to the meeting. For cancellations received later than 3 months prior to the meeting a 100% charge of the sponsorship fees will be applied.
Exhibition Area
The Symposium lectures will take place in two distinct buildings at short distance (300 m) from one another: plenary sessions will be held on Monday 12, Thursday 15 and Friday 16 at the Teatro Comunale, parallel sessions on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 at the Polo degli Adelardi. The exhibitor/sponsor will have the stipulated amount of space in both locations.
