Instructions for authors

ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The lecture rooms will be equipped with PCs working under Windows XP with MS office 2003 and Adobe Reader installed (Other operating systems won’t be available). Users of MS Office 2007 must save and bring their presentation as compatible with MS office 2003. No slide or overhead projectors will be available. As a rule, the use of your own laptop will not be allowed. Please, contact now the conference organization if you foresee any special requirement for your presentation.

Authors are required to bring their electronic presentation in a flash memory to the technical staffs at the conference desk the day BEFORE their respective session. For the Monday session, the speakers are asked to contact the technical staff during the onsite registration (Sunday afternoon). The speakers are asked to leave at least 5 minutes of the allowed time for questions and further discussion.

POSTER PRESENTATION

There will be 2 poster session, on Tuesday and Wednesday. The posters will be numbered and will be displayed in the corresponding panels during both days. The authors must be present at their poster session (Tuesday, even numbers; Wednesday, odd numbers). The posters will have to be removed at the end of the Wednesday session. The organizers will provide to the authors the necessary material to display their posters.

The standard size of the poster will be 120 cm high and 80 cm wide.

Note:
the Organization assumes no responsibility for any damage to the exhibited posters. Posters that have not been removed by the end of the Conference will be destroyed.
