You are kindly invited to attend the 8th International Adenosine and Adenine Nucleotides Symposium which will be held in Ferrara, Italy, at the end of May 24 - 28, 2006. Research activity in this field continues to grow exponentially, resulting in a wealth of new information. To disseminate this information, the symposium will address a wide range of topics, from molecular and cellular pharmacology to integrative physiology including new drug discoveries and clinical applications. The scientific program will include oral and poster presentations and a keynote lecture. Social events will enable free interaction among all partecipants. The goal of the organizers is to make this meeting a scientific event of excellence, attractive to basic scientist and clinicians alike in the tradition set by previous symposia. Please note that the a complementary translational research conference focused on “Targeting adenosine A2A receptors in Parkinson’s disease and other CNS disorders” will be held the week before our Ferrara conference, May 17-19, 2006.
